The law firm’s team consists of lawyers who combine a high level of theoretical knowledge with practical skills gained through many years of work in the business environment.
On a daily basis, we primarily support entrepreneurs – working with entities from the IT, education, and real estate sectors. We also advise private individuals on matters concerning asset protection and succession planning. We represent our clients in both court and administrative proceedings.

We have offices in two locations – in Warsaw at 64 Chłodna Street and in Stare Babice at 2 Pocztowa Street.

We provide the security, commitment and practical legal support you need to focus on running your business. We support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey — from setting up a business, through day-to-day operations, to a planned sale, investment or succession. We act quickly and proactively, with a strong understanding of the realities of the market. We provide comprehensive corporate legal support and effectively implement solutions that help you achieve your business ambitions.
How can we help?
Polish tax regulations are neither stable nor straightforward. We help our clients navigate them by drawing on our knowledge and extensive experience. For over 15 years, we have effectively protected our clients against financial and regulatory risks. We conduct audits, provide support in safe and effective tax optimisation, and implement internal compliance procedures. With our support, you can ensure that your business remains both legally compliant and tax-efficient.
What experience do we bring?
For many years, we have supported the IT sector as a legal partner in the negotiation and implementation of software development, maintenance and licensing agreements. We work on an ongoing basis with software developers and help start-ups navigate their first stages of growth. We provide practical support in drafting provisions concerning intellectual property rights, project management, product acceptance and, ultimately, exit strategies where continuing the cooperation is no longer possible.
We work dynamically and remain attentive to our clients’ business needs, designing solutions that are both practical and workable.
Why us?
Whether you are looking for an attractive site for a development project or planning to purchase a plot of land for your dream home, you can rely on our support. We stand by your side at every stage of the investment process. We protect the legal security of your transaction, conduct comprehensive property due diligence and assess whether and how the property can be used for your intended purposes.
We provide comprehensive legal advice to developers and private investors alike. We also represent our clients in the commercialisation of office and commercial space, as well as advise those looking for premises to lease.
What can we help you with?
Our experience includes providing legal support for several dozen projects financed by EU funds and Norwegian Funds, with a total value exceeding PLN 200 million. We have extensive knowledge of the legislation, guidelines and other documents required for the proper implementation of such projects.
We prepare project documentation, requests for proposals and agreements with contractors. We represent our clients during inspections and audits, prepare explanations and communicate with public authorities on their behalf. Where the use of funding is alleged to have been improper, we successfully represent clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings. As a result of our work, our clients have avoided having to repay tens of millions of PLN.
