Family Foundations

Developing strategies, concepts, and complete documentation for Founders and Beneficiaries to establish a Family Foundation. This includes cooperation with notaries public, preparation of all pleadings and submissions to the Regional Court in Piotrków Trybunalski, as well as comprehensive formal and legal documentation related to the establishment and operation of the Family Foundation.

Over the past 3 years, we have established several Family Foundations for our clients and are currently in the process of creating further entities of this type.
