Wojciech Bąk

Partner and attorney-at law since 2003, member of Warsaw Bar Association since 1999. A law graduate of University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration.

Wojciech Bąk gained his professional experience during work in legal departments of several Polish companies from the construction, investment and sports sectors. For many years he was a managing director of legal department in a major Polish training and IT companies. Since 2005, attorney-at-law Wojciech Bąk Law Firm advised Polish companies from the IT and training industry on implementation of projects co-founded by the EU, such as Human Capital Operational Programme and Innovative Economy Operational Programme with a total value of over 245 million zlotys.

Wojciech Bąk specialises in providing legal services to business entities, in particular in the field of commercial, civil and tax law, conducting court proceedings as well as in consulting the investment process (capital and real estate).

Marta Dębiak-Bartosewicz

Partner, attorney-at-law and mediator, member of Warsaw Bar Association and Polish Mediation Centre. A law graduate of Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration as well as Doctoral School of Warsaw School of Economics, Collegium of Socio-Economics; Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen (Netherlands) scholar.

I am a legal counsel with 10 years of experience and a court mediator. On a daily basis, I support business representatives – I cooperate with entrepreneurs i. a. from the IT, education and real estate industry. I specialise in providing comprehensive services to business entities along with conducting court and administrative proceedings.

I have prepared and negotiated dozens of implementation, training and lease agreements between entrepreneurs. I have successfully represented clients in complex court and administrative disputes. My goal is to provide not only professional legal services, but also business support based on many years of experience.

Privately, I am a wife, mother and cat lover 🙂 I communicate in English at an advanced level.

Anna Szemplińska

Advocate, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration and Warsaw School of Economics graduate.

Anna Szemplińska gained professional experience in major international law firms in Warsaw, The City of London and in a legal department of a joint-stock company from the construction industry, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). Associated with Bąk & Dębiak Law Firm since 2012. Anna specialises in providing broadly understood legal services to business entities as well as individual clients, including contract law, IT contracts, consultancy on projects co-founded by the EU, enforcement proceedings and agricultural law. Anna has extensive experience in conducting cases before common and administrative courts.

Anna communicates in English at an advanced level.

Mariusz Zajkiewicz

University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration and University of Lodz graduate. Participant of many conferences, trainings and webinars in the field of personal data protection. Member of the Data Protection Officers Association SABI. Specialist in the field of cross-border data processing, codes of proceedings, labour law and civil law in the scope of personal data and cybersecurity.

Internal Auditor according to ISO/IEC 9001, 14001, 27001:2017 standards and Lead Auditor according to ISO/IEC 14001 standard.

Mariusz Zajkiewicz has been working in the security industry since 2002. Since 2006, he has been a Systems Management Officer according to the ISO / IEC standard and since 2009, a Data Protection Officer.

Anna Kaczmarek

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a graduate of the Grażyna Bacewicz State Music School in Warsaw, where I majored in piano.

I specialise in corporate law, commercial law, and civil law.

I provide day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs, with a focus on commercial partnerships and family foundations.

In my work with clients, I prioritize the efficient execution of tasks and clear communication, ensuring comprehensive support and reliable service at every stage of the matter.

I gained my professional experience at the District Court in Warsaw and in law firms in Warsaw specialising in capital markets, financial, and economic law, as well as civil law.

During my law studies I was associated with the European Law Student’s Association, as well as with the Law Clinic and the Court Watch Poland Foundation. I am the founder of the “Criminal Procedure in Practice” Academic Club. I have completed certified workshops in Banking/Debt and M&A/Equity at the Corporate Law Academy.

I communicate in English at an advanced level.

In my free time I enjoy walking dogs from the “Pod Psim Aniołem” Animal Shelter, skiing and playing tennis.

Karol Laube

Second-year legal trainee, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

He gained his professional experience in one of Warsaw’s law firms, where he provided ongoing advice to individual clients in court cases in the field of civil proceedings, in particular in family and inheritance matters. He has been associated with the our Law Firm since 2024. He specializes in providing legal services to business entities and individual clients, including corporate matters, court proceedings, administrative proceedings and legal services for family foundations.

Privately, he is a fan of soccer, chess and darts.

Dagmara Rajkowska

She gained professional experience in the medical industry. For the last 7 years, as Customer Service Coordinator, she supervised maintaining the quality of service at the highest level.

From 2024, he supports law firms in the field of administrative services.
