Michał Damięcki

Trainee Attorney-at-Law and member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.

He gained professional experience in the private sector, common courts, and non-governmental organisations. Throughout his legal practice, he has worked with both leading law firms, including Baker McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy sp.k., and smaller legal practices, which has provided him with a broad perspective and extensive experience in addressing a wide range of legal issues.

At BiD Legal Office, he focuses on legal analysis in the fields of civil and commercial law, as well as providing comprehensive corporate legal services to entrepreneurs.

He is fluent in English.
